So here it goes:
- genetic testing is in and all ok :-) (we knew that)
- we can go straight to the donor gamete option
- 50% chance of finding what we need for an IVF cycle is probably "overly optimistic" (I guess it's good that we're not getting our hopes up? Except that, they're up... way, way up)
- we can do a "concombinent"(?) IVF cycle and risk not finding anything - they'd want a donor backup available
- it is not "unreasonable", with the information we have now, to meet with Dr1 to discuss the details and more of what is involved
- go back to Dr 2 for biopsy before attempting IVF (this might give us an indication or our chances of being able to complete the cycle)

I'm not sure which gamete you'd need, nor the extent of your issues, but they can do fabulous things with donors. I'm hoping you can do IVF, either with your own eggs and sperm, or with donors of either. I hope you get some claification of where you're at soon.
I won't pretend I know what all of your options mean, but I am praying for you like crazy! I'm glad that you got some information so that you can start moving forward. GL hun!
The good news is "Right" us what ever you all decided it is. I really hope that you are able to do IVF. GL.
I am glad you finally got some answers, and I hope IVF is an option for you. If not whatever decisions you make WILL be the right choice for you.
UGH Good luck with whatever you decide. ((HUGS))
I'm so sorry you are going through this. I pray that you are lead in the right direction. I hope you are able to do IVF. ((((hugs)))
